Roberto’s career began early, when as a young boy he worked in the kitchens of renowned luxury restaurants. His curiosity and eagerness to learn took him around the world, enriching his repertoire with techniques, gastronomic cultures, and international influences.

After his experience as Chef at the Bulgari Hotel in Milan, Roberto decided to settle in this city, yet his heart remained tied to his Neapolitan roots. This is how the dream of SINE was born—a place where his vision of cuisine finally finds the freedom to express itself.
