Refund policy
Our 30-day return policy states that after receiving an item, you have 30 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@sinerestaurant.com. Returns must be shipped to the following address: Sine Ristorante, Corso Ventidue Marzo, 30, 20135 Milan (MI).
If the return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and work to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the received item and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive the refund within 10 business days through the original payment method. It may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.
