Seated just steps away from the stoves, you will be welcomed directly by the Chef and his team, who will take care of every detail of your dinner, guiding you through a gastronomic journey tailored to your tastes, desires, and preferences.

At the time of booking, you will receive a personalized questionnaire: from there, your unique and unforgettable journey into the kitchen of Sine will begin. Let yourself be surprised by the Chef’s creativity in a bespoke experience that brings together technique, emotion, and vision.

The kitchen table can be reserved for 2 or 3 guests.

The service is provided for the entire table.

It is not possible to accommodate severe allergies or intolerances at the kitchen table.

We suggest guests arrive by 7:30/8:00 PM, so they can enjoy the quietest part of the evening and interact with the chef and his brigade.

On some evenings, the presence of the Chef is not guaranteed; the experience will be led by the entire kitchen brigade, who will be delighted and enthusiastic to welcome you and offer you an unforgettable experience.
